Sephora Asset Protection Partner in Louisville, KY. Full-time hourly role safeguarding store assets with 75–80% floor time. $19.50–$22.99/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor (75–80% of time) to deter theft, support customer service, and ensure a safe environment
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and increase awareness
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate potential losses
- De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and the customer experience
- Collaborate with store managers and district leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Complete regular audits and prepare reports documenting asset protection efforts and compliance
- Respond to store incidents and represent Sephora in legal proceedings when required
- Support multiple store locations as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
- Strong conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation capabilities
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
