Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain store safety and asset protection awareness through active participation in training sessions and security protocol reinforcement
  • Maintain a strong store presence on the sales floor, spending 75–80% of time to deter theft, support customer service, and ensure a secure environment
  • Collaborate with store management and the District Asset Protection Manager to align loss prevention and safety initiatives
  • Use CCTV systems and reporting tools to monitor store activity, identify losses, and investigate incidents
  • De-escalate conflicts professionally and appropriately, prioritizing both customer and employee safety
  • Execute regular audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts and compliance
  • Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required to provide testimony on behalf of the company
