Sephora Asset Protection Partner, Honolulu HI – Full-time loss prevention role, $23–$31.25/hr, retail safety & compliance
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence on the sales floor (75–80% of time) to deter theft, support service, and ensure safety
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training sessions to reinforce protocols and increase awareness
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
- Collaborate with store managers and District Asset Protection Manager on shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- De-escalate incidents professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience
- Execute audits and prepare comprehensive reports on asset protection efforts
- Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and compliance standards
- Support multiple store locations as needed
- Represent Sephora and testify in court on behalf of the company if required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety best practices
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

Experience
1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention roles, with practical knowledge of retail shrink and safety management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or asset protection certifications preferred but not required.
