Sephora Asset Protection Partner role in Holyoke, MA. Full-time hourly position ($21–$24.75/hr) safeguarding store assets and ensuring customer safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support customer service, and maintain a safe environment
- Lead and participate in safety meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection protocols and enhance staff awareness
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Use CCTV systems and reporting tools to monitor store activity, identify discrepancies, and investigate suspected losses
- De-escalate potentially dangerous situations professionally while prioritizing both customer and employee safety
- Execute audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts and findings
- Ensure strict adherence to all Sephora asset protection policies and applicable licensing requirements
- Represent Sephora and testify in court proceedings when necessary to support loss prevention cases
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of verifiable experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations, inventory shrink factors, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Proven conflict de-escalation and crisis management skills
