Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in asset protection meetings and training sessions to reinforce safety protocols
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the sales floor to deter theft, support client service, and ensure a secure environment
- Partner with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Monitor store activity and investigate suspected losses using CCTV footage and reporting tools
- De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and the client experience
- Execute audits and prepare detailed reports documenting asset protection efforts and findings
- Maintain adherence to all asset protection policies and applicable licensing requirements
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required
- Support multiple store locations as directed by management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory shrinkage, and safety protocols
