Asset Protection Partner at Sephora Hialeah—$21–$24.75/hr, full-time retail loss prevention role with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spend 75-80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe store environment
- Lead or participate in safety and asset protection training meetings to reinforce protocols across the team
- Monitor store activity and use CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify and investigate potential losses
- Collaborate with store managers and leadership to align shrink reduction initiatives and safety strategies
- De-escalate potentially volatile situations professionally while prioritizing customer and employee safety
- Complete regular audits and prepare comprehensive reports on asset protection efforts and findings
- Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and compliance standards
- Support multiple locations as assigned and testify in court on behalf of the company if required
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Strong understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Proficiency in conflict de-escalation and crisis communication
