Sephora Asset Protection Partner, Grapevine, TX – Full-time retail security role with $23–$27.12/hr and healthcare benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness by leading or participating in asset protection meetings and training to reinforce safety protocols
- Maintain strong store presence, spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support client service, and sustain a safe environment
- Partner with store leadership to collaborate on shrink reduction and safety initiatives aligned with district objectives
- Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify and analyze security incidents
- De-escalate situations professionally and with care, prioritizing client experience and team safety during incident response
- Execute audits and prepare reports documenting asset protection efforts and compliance activities
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements to ensure operational integrity
- Represent Sephora in external matters, including testifying in court on behalf of the company when required
- Support multiple store locations as assigned by district management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Conflict de-escalation and crisis management skills
- Comfort and proficiency with CCTV systems and loss prevention reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
