Sephora Asset Protection Partner in Glendale, AZ – Full-time retail security role safeguarding assets and maintaining store safety with $21–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spend 75–80% of time on the sales floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment
- Lead and participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools
- De-escalate situations professionally while prioritizing safety and client experience
- Complete audits and prepare comprehensive reports on asset protection efforts
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as needed
- Represent Sephora and testify in court on behalf of the company if required
- Maintain flexible scheduling and reliable attendance during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and loss prevention reporting tools
- Understanding of retail operations, shrinkage metrics, and safety protocols
- Strong conflict de-escalation skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
