Sephora Asset Protection Partner in Gilbert, AZ. Full-time, hourly role safeguarding store assets and promoting safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support client service, and maintain a safe environment
- Partner with store leadership to align shrink reduction initiatives and implement safety strategies
- Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and address incidents
- De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and positive client experience outcomes
- Execute regular audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts
- Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as needed and represent Sephora in legal proceedings when required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across store teams
- Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and loss prevention reporting tools
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
