Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness through active engagement with staff and customers.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft and support a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to monitor and investigate losses.
- Professionally de-escalate situations, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company if required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
