Asset Protection Partner at Sephora Frisco – Full-time, $23–$27.12/hr. Safeguard store assets and support safe retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Spend 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment
- Promote safety and awareness by leading or joining meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify, monitor, and investigate losses and discrepancies
- De-escalate situations professionally while prioritizing employee and client safety and experience
- Execute audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements, including potential court testimony on behalf of Sephora
- Support multiple store locations as needed and maintain flexible scheduling during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Comfortable operating CCTV systems and retail reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
