Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness within the store environment.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, dedicating 75-80% of time to deter theft and support customer service.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
- Respond to incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and customer experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple store locations as needed.
- Testify in court on behalf of Sephora if required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
