Asset Protection Partner at Sephora Denver—full-time, hourly role safeguarding store assets with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote safety and awareness by leading or joining meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment
- Partner with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives across the location
- Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify discrepancies and incidents
- De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience
- Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as assigned
- Represent Sephora and testify in court if required
- Maintain flexible scheduling and reliable attendance during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven conflict de-escalation and crisis management skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and digital reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
