Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote safety and awareness by leading or joining meetings and training sessions to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
  • Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment
  • Partner with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives across the location
  • Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify discrepancies and incidents
  • De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience
  • Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts
  • Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
  • Support multiple store locations as assigned
  • Represent Sephora and testify in court if required
  • Maintain flexible scheduling and reliable attendance during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays)

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail operations, shrink management, and safety protocols
