Sephora (LVMH) seeks an Asset Protection Partner in Denver, CO — full-time hourly role $25.00–$29.50/hr focused on retail loss prevention and customer safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, proactive store presence (spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe client experience.
- Partner with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to develop and implement shrink-reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools; investigate losses and prepare audits and incident reports.
- Respond to and de-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety, client experience and compliance with company policies.
- Represent the company in external processes as required, including providing testimony in court and supporting multiple locations when needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail shrink, safety protocols and store operations.
- Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage sensitive incidents with discretion.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools and completing audits and loss investigations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and reliably work nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in retail operations, hospitality, asset protection or loss prevention, with demonstrated comfort working on the sales floor and collaborating with multi-site leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in loss prevention, security or related fields preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29.50 per hour.
