Sephora Asset Protection Partner role in Daly City, CA—full-time position safeguarding store assets and ensuring safety for clients and employees. $25–$29.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure customer and employee safety
- Lead and participate in asset protection meetings and training sessions to reinforce safety protocols and increase awareness across the team
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Monitor store activity and investigate losses using CCTV systems and reporting tools to identify and respond to suspicious behavior
- De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and maintaining a positive client experience while handling disturbances with care
- Conduct regular audits and prepare comprehensive reports documenting asset protection efforts and compliance measures
- Represent Sephora in legal proceedings and provide testimony in court on behalf of the company when required
- Support multiple store locations as needed and maintain reliable, consistent attendance including peak retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, inventory shrinkage, and safety protocols
