Sephora Asset Protection Partner role in Cincinnati, OH. Full-time position safeguarding retail assets and maintaining store safety. $21–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain prominent store presence on the selling floor (75–80% of time) to deter theft, support service, and ensure customer and employee safety
- Lead or participate in asset protection and safety training sessions to reinforce protocols and awareness
- Collaborate with store leaders and District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Use CCTV and reporting tools to monitor store activity, identify anomalies, and investigate losses
- De-escalate security incidents professionally, prioritizing both safety and positive customer experience
- Complete asset protection audits and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and actions taken
- Adhere to all asset protection policies, licensing requirements, and legal compliance standards
- Support multiple store locations as assigned
- Testify in court on behalf of Sephora when required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Strong conflict de-escalation and communication skills
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and loss prevention reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and observational capabilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
