Role & Responsibilities
- Spend 75–80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and maintain a safe environment
- Participate in and lead meetings and training to reinforce asset protection and safety protocols
- Use CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses and operational discrepancies
- Collaborate with store managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives across the location
- De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing both safety and client experience
- Complete audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as needed
- Represent Sephora in legal proceedings and court testimony if required
Qualifications
