Sephora Brandon, FL seeks an Asset Protection Partner to protect store assets and ensure safety. Full‑time hourly role in Brandon, FL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, proactive presence on the sales floor (approximately 75–80% of scheduled time) to deter theft and support client service.
- Execute loss‑prevention and safety strategies in partnership with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager.
- Monitor CCTV and reporting tools to identify, investigate and document incidents of loss or risk.
- Respond to incidents and de‑escalate conflicts professionally, prioritizing client and employee safety.
- Complete audits, prepare asset protection reports and track shrink reduction metrics.
- Participate in and occasionally lead training and meetings to reinforce safety protocols and shrink initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company asset protection policies, licensing requirements and legal processes; represent Sephora in court when required.
- Support multiple locations as needed and maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection or loss prevention.
- Demonstrable understanding of retail operations, shrink drivers and basic investigation techniques.
- Proven conflict de‑escalation ability and calm, professional incident management.
- Strong verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and trustworthy conduct.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
- Willingness to testify in legal proceedings when required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years in retail operations, hospitality, sales, asset protection or loss prevention with hands‑on exposure to store surveillance and incident handling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in loss prevention or security is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Brandon, Florida, USA, with easy access to Tampa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21 to USD 24.75 per hour.
