Sephora is hiring an Asset Protection Partner in Baton Rouge, LA. Full-time hourly role ($21–$24.75/hr) focused on loss prevention and store safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong store presence on the selling floor (75-80% of time) to deter theft, support service, and create a safe environment for clients and employees
- Lead and participate in asset protection meetings and training to reinforce safety protocols and shrink reduction strategies
- Collaborate with store managers and the District Asset Protection Manager to align on loss prevention initiatives and safety objectives
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate potential losses and anomalies
- Respond professionally to incidents and conflicts, employing de-escalation techniques while prioritizing safety and client experience
- Conduct regular audits and prepare comprehensive reports on asset protection efforts and findings
- Ensure full compliance with all asset protection policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as needed and represent Sephora in legal proceedings when required
- Maintain reliable attendance and meet minimum weekly shift requirements during peak retail operations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory shrink, and safety protocols
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across store teams and leadership
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and loss prevention reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Conflict de-escalation capabilities and professional composure in challenging situations
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
