Sephora Asset Protection Partner, Atlanta GA. Full-time, $21–$24.75/hr. Safeguard assets, prevent loss, and ensure customer safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong floor presence (75–80% of time) to deter theft, monitor activity, and support safe, inclusive shopping environment
- Lead and participate in asset protection and safety training meetings to reinforce protocols and raise awareness
- Collaborate with store management and District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Monitor and investigate suspected losses using CCTV and reporting tools with professionalism and attention to detail
- De-escalate incidents with customers and employees, prioritizing safety and client experience
- Execute audits and prepare accurate documentation of asset protection efforts
- Ensure compliance with all asset protection policies and legal licensing requirements
- Support multiple store locations as assigned
- Represent Sephora in court proceedings if required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink dynamics, and safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams
- Conflict de-escalation and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort with CCTV systems and asset protection reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
