Sephora Atlanta seeks an Asset Protection Partner (Full-time) to safeguard assets and ensure store safety. Pay $21–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible floor presence (approximately 75–80% of shift) to deter theft, support client service and ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and company reporting tools; investigate incidents and prepare formal loss-prevention reports and audits.
- Collaborate with store leadership and the District Asset Protection Manager to design and implement shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Respond to incidents, de‑escalate conflicts professionally, and prioritise client and employee safety while preserving the customer experience.
- Support multiple store locations as required and represent the company in legal settings, including testifying in court when necessary.
- Participate in and lead trainings and meetings to reinforce asset protection protocols and compliance with company policy and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection or loss prevention.
- Demonstrated ability to de‑escalate conflicts and manage sensitive incidents with professionalism.
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and incident/reporting tools; ability to complete audits and prepare clear reports.
- Strong verbal communication, attention to detail and the ability to build trust across cross‑functional teams.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and to remain on the selling floor for extended periods.

Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection or loss prevention is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
