Sephora Montreal Asset Protection Associate – CAD $25–30/hr, full-time retail loss prevention and security role
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor store floor using CCTV systems to identify, observe, and apprehend or deter individuals committing theft
- Prepare comprehensive reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and security audits
- Conduct in-store training sessions for new hires and existing staff on loss prevention awareness and protocols
- Execute in-store audits, inspect checklists, and evaluate security measures
- Support store management with inventory preparation and stock processes
- Collaborate with store teams and district loss prevention management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies
- Testify in court on behalf of the company for criminal or civil matters as required
- Comply with all Sephora policies regarding arrests, asset seizure, and evidence preservation
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in retail
- Current and valid security or asset protection license as required by provincial or local authorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
