Role & Responsibilities
- Develop on-brand creative assets for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives under direction from the Senior Art Director
- Contribute ideas during brainstorms and concept development sessions to shape creative direction
- Collaborate with designers, writers, marketing managers, and production teams to ensure creative accuracy, timeliness, and brief alignment
- Review and refine work to ensure brand consistency and excellence in execution
- Translate strategic briefs into innovative, presentation-ready concept decks that inspire stakeholders
- Leverage AI-generated imagery and curated stock to support content creation
- Contribute to production planning and advise on timelines and budget allocations
- Provide on-set support during photoshoots alongside the Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director
- Partner closely with the Associate Creative Director and writing teams on creative development
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Art Director experience in an agency or brand setting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong conceptual thinking with expertise in motion-led creative and paid social content for integrated campaigns
- Experience collaborating with producers and postproduction teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate information and ideas clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to work in an office environment 3 days per week
- Domestic travel capability

4+ years of Art Director experience in an agency or brand setting, with demonstrated expertise in conceptual development and integrated campaign execution across digital, social, and physical touchpoints.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
