Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and coaching to store staff in the assigned region, focusing on makeup skills and key brand knowledge.
- Ensure employees can provide excellent makeup services and adhere to Sephora's service standards.
- Develop and implement training plans based on regional skill gaps and sales opportunities.
- Support the rollout of Sephora University programs and act as a trainer for specific events.
- Monitor and track the learning progress of store employees through Sephora University.
Qualifications
- Expert-level product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Extensive experience in the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent presentation and expression skills.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the cosmetics or fashion industry, with over 1 year in a training-related role.
