Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed geographical area economic targets and revenue growth objectives
- Supervise and develop store performance across multiple locations, including shop profitability and KPI tracking
- Manage and mentor store managers, supporting their operational and commercial needs within the assigned territories
- Implement and adapt national commercial strategy to local market conditions and regional needs
- Oversee HR policies and employee career development in partnership with the Retail HRBP
- Ensure strict adherence to group policies, promotional strategies, and pricing guidelines across all stores
- Conduct competitive market analysis and develop localized strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Maintain health and safety compliance as the designated safety authority for the territory
- Foster store development initiatives and employee training through partnerships with Training Department
- Manage brand relationships and coordinate implementation of commercial activities and promotional campaigns
- Serve as ambassador for employer branding and external stakeholder relations
- Engage Sephora community through social media and community-building initiatives
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs through provided management tools; elaborate development plans with store managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience as Area Manager in a dynamic, international retail environment
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English languages (mandatory)
- Demonstrated excellence in financial and analytical capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to guide teams toward performance objectives
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational culture
- Familiarity with retail management tools and sales analytics platforms
