Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and customer service excellence to achieve top-line business results.
  • Analyze business performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all stores.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging work environment for retail teams.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with audit standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia.

Experience
