Sephora Area Manager position in Bucharest, Romania. Drive regional store performance and lead multi-store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the successful opening and ongoing performance of Sephora stores across the region, ensuring consistent brand standards, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience
- Set ambitious sales and profitability targets for each store, monitor performance, and implement actions to achieve sustainable growth
- Manage regional budgets, workforce planning, and operating costs, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Translate company strategy into business plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure consistent execution across all stores in the area
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers through clear objectives, regular performance reviews, succession planning, and targeted development actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar multi-store management or area management role
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Valid driving licence with availability to drive regularly between store locations across the region
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop others
- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Commercial acumen and understanding of key retail KPIs
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive excellent service standards

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar area management or multi-store management role within retail operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
