Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead loyalty and promotional forecasting and planning in collaboration with key stakeholders, Finance, and senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools for business performance monitoring.
- Execute analytics strategies for customer loyalty programs by extracting insights from purchase data, digital data, and competitive research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Analytics, preferably within retail, CPG, or beauty industries.

Education

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $117,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
