Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize large, complex datasets from Brick & Mortar and Dotcom channels to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Design, build and maintain executive-level dashboards and visualizations to communicate sales performance and operational KPIs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Digital, Merchandising, Retail and LVMH stakeholders to support strategic planning and commercial initiatives.
  • Support forecasting and sales planning efforts through scenario analysis, modeling and ad hoc analytics that inform leadership decisions.
  • Optimize reporting processes, SQL queries and data workflows to improve accuracy, scalability and automation.
  • Translate technical findings into concise, actionable recommendations for non-technical business partners.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting automation, data governance and analytics toolsets to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Analytics or related function, preferably within retail, beauty or consumer goods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with experience joining complex datasets and writing efficient, scalable queries.
  • Demonstrable expertise with Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI and experience creating performant dashboards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills; able to present insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 104,000 to USD 117,000 per annum.
