Sephora Accounts Payable Accountant (12-month contract) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Lead AP operations across Southeast Asia with SAP expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume vendor invoices and disbursements with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and monitor internal controls over disbursement and electronic payment functions
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice queries and payment matters
- Support monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with AP procedures and financial controls
- Prioritize and balance multiple workstreams in a fast-paced shared services environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned functions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in an accounting function, with large ERP system experience; SAP proficiency strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
