Role & Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and accounting entries for general expenses and rental charges across multiple legal entities.
  • Record, code and post accounts payable transactions accurately into the accounting system; prepare supporting documentation.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Support month‑end routines related to supplier flows (accruals, cut‑offs, clearing), and contribute to periodic reporting.
  • Maintain filing and audit-ready documentation; ensure compliance with internal controls and group procedures.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across entities and provide ad hoc analyses to explain P&L and cash impacts of postings.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a post‑secondary program in accounting, finance or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance eligible).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical sense, curiosity and ability to synthesise financial information.
  • Proficient in Excel (data handling, basic formulas, pivot tables).
  • Good level of English enabling work in an international context.
