Sephora seeks an Accountant in Warsaw, Poland to manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial documentation in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record and process domestic and international supplier invoices
- Confirm and reconcile vendor balances for merchandise transactions
- Archive and organize financial documentation
- Conduct accounts payable aging analysis
- Support external audit preparation and execution in accordance with audit schedules
- Address customer claims and payment disputes with delivery partners
- Participate actively in monthly close processes
- Investigate and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience
- University-level education (preferred background in finance or economics)
- Fluent English language skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within fast-paced, dynamic environments
