Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all in-store displays, window presentations and product arrangements conform to corporate visual and merchandising standards.
- Maintain and refresh merchandise presentations to reflect seasonal themes, product launches and sales strategies, preserving aesthetic quality and neatness.
- Provide visual direction and implement corporate visual directives to balance aesthetics with store functionality and sales objectives.
- Lead, coach and train store associates on visual presentation techniques and merchandising best practices; provide regular feedback to maintain standards.
- Manage signage and promotional displays, ensuring accuracy and consistency across perimeter and in-store fixtures.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and Assistant Store Directors to plan visual changes informed by sales, inventory levels and promotional calendars.
- Assist with product inventory placement and stock organisation to ensure the right merchandise supports display strategies and sales targets.
- Monitor customer response to visual initiatives and adapt presentations to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Perform physical tasks required for merchandising, including lifting up to 40 lbs and using ladders to install or adjust displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of retail experience with a primary focus on visual merchandising, merchandising coordination or a closely related function.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate retail teams and to communicate direction clearly to store personnel.
- Proven track record of executing corporate visual standards and adapting them to the store environment while meeting commercial objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support seasonal resets, promotional periods and merchandising rollouts.

At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience focused on visual merchandising or merchandising coordination; prior supervisory or lead experience in-store is strongly preferred.
Education
