Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain an attractive, compelling store presentation aligned with seasonal themes.
• Ensure in-store displays and product arrangements follow corporate visual and merchandising standards.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality and neatness of merchandise displays, adapting them for seasonal changes and product launches.
• Organize products into engaging displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and support sales.
• Implement corporate visual directives to create an appealing, functional store environment.
• Partner with store management to execute visual changes, updates, and campaigns in line with brand standards and seasonal themes.
• Regularly inspect and update in-store signage, promotional displays, window displays, and perimeter graphics.
• Display seasonal signage correctly and maintain a fresh, consistent look in accordance with corporate branding guidelines.
• Lead by example in upholding merchandising and presentation standards; support and guide store associates on visual presentation practices and techniques.
• Provide team members with feedback and training to maintain high standards for merchandise and displays.
• Work with the Store Director and Assistant Store Directors to plan and implement visual changes based on sales, inventory, and seasonal needs.
• Communicate merchandise or visual challenges and propose solutions to maintain consistency throughout the store.
• Assist with product inventory and stock organization to ensure displayed merchandise supports sales targets and promotional activities.
• Ensure visual merchandising creates a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable customer environment.
• Monitor customer reactions to displays and signage and adapt approaches to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of retail experience focused on visual merchandising, merchandising coordination, or a similar role.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed, up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to arrange displays or adjust signage.
