Role & Responsibilities

- Regularly check and update in-store, promotional, window, and perimeter signage, ensuring seasonal signage is correctly displayed and consistent with corporate branding guidelines.
- Model merchandising and presentation standards, guide store associates on visual presentation practices, and provide team feedback and training.
- Work with the Store Director and Assistant Store Directors to plan and implement visual changes based on sales, inventory, and seasonal needs; communicate visual or merchandise challenges and propose solutions.
- Assist with product inventory and stock organization to ensure merchandise supports sales targets and promotional activities.
- Ensure visual merchandising creates a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable shopping environment; monitor customer reactions to displays and signage and adapt strategies to improve engagement.
- Stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs, and climb ladders to arrange displays or adjust signage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of retail experience focused on visual merchandising, merchandising coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of visual presentation principles, including product placement, color theory, and design trends.
