Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability by supporting selling and service processes and ensuring execution of company initiatives.
- Oversee back‑of‑house operations, including Door‑to‑Floor processing, price changes, stockroom management and cashiering support.
- Provide direction and day‑to‑day coaching to store associates; deliver performance feedback to store management.
- Support training and onboarding on processes, operational standards, tasks and product knowledge.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and manage daily operational workflows.
- Maintain and produce operational store reporting to monitor productivity and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience.
- Ability to operate inventory management systems and POS cash register.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail merchandising with supervisory or lead responsibilities supporting store operations and associate performance is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
