Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store teams to achieve sales, productivity and service metrics while embodying Saks OFF 5TH brand standards.
- Manage store resources and operational processes to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Own visual merchandising execution and floor presentation, ensuring compliance with visual, marketing and operational directives.
- Recruit, coach and develop management and sales staff; drive retention and manage turnover through performance management and career development.
- Monitor local competitive activity and translate market observations into actionable store strategies.
- Partner with Corporate and Regional leadership (RVP) on assortment, merchandising and local execution decisions.

Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent preferred.
- 5–10 years of progressive store management experience in multi-brand retail, with a proven record of delivering sales and team performance.
- Demonstrated success managing a selling workforce and meeting operational KPIs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Advanced visual merchandising and floor presentation capabilities.

Five to ten years of progressive retail store management experience, including direct responsibility for leading managers and sales teams, executing merchandising standards and meeting sales and operational targets.
