Role & Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs and preferences, providing expert product knowledge of luxury off-price fashion
• Greet customers consistently, educate them on current promotions, and build lasting relationships to foster repeat business
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS register systems, adhering to checkout standards and company protocols
• Promote Saks credit card offerings and loyalty program participation to enhance customer acquisition and retention
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms through fixture resizing, markdown execution, merchandise re-stocking, and window displays
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism while aligning to core values of trust, integrity, and respect
• Execute markdown processes with urgency and accuracy in compliance with company standards
• Support asset protection and theft awareness programs through prescribed reporting methods
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty program metrics
• Participate in store programs, selling events, and special projects assigned by store leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales track record and results-driven mindset in a retail or customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability to build exceptional customer relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and passion for luxury brands
• Proficiency with retail equipment including POS registers, radios, ticket scanners, and sensor removers
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and execute clear action plans that deliver positive customer outcomes

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.90 per hour.
