Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend and locate merchandise based on customer needs, providing expert product knowledge and styling guidance
- Greet customers consistently and educate them on current promotions and Saks credit card benefits
- Build repeat business by fostering long-term customer relationships and leveraging clienteling strategies
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS register systems, adhering to checkout standards
- Maintain and organize the selling floor and fitting rooms, including fixture resizing, markdown execution, and visual signage
