Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch shopping experience by greeting customers, assessing needs and recommending merchandise.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge across the store assortment to guide styling and selection.
- Execute clienteling activities that foster repeat visits and enrolment in loyalty/credit programs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS register and comply with checkout standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, customer acquisition and loyalty program goals.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting room standards, perform markdowns, re‑rack merchandise and complete go‑backs.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure displays and fixtures meet brand standards.
- Adhere to asset protection policies and participate in shortage/theft awareness and reporting procedures.
- Operate store equipment including radios, ticket scanners and sensor removers; complete special projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic store equipment (radios, ticket scanners, sensor removers).

Experience
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is required; demonstrated achievement against sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
