Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs and style preferences
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with off-price luxury market trends and promotions
- Greet customers warmly and educate them on current promotions and Saks credit card benefits
- Build repeat business through personalized relationship-building and clienteling initiatives
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS register systems in compliance with checkout standards
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, upholding the core values of trust, integrity, and respect
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while driving customer acquisition and loyalty program participation
- Maintain selling floor and fitting room presentation through fixture resizing, go-back management, markdown execution, and signage installation
