Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs and preferences, providing expert product guidance
- Greet customers consistently and educate them on current promotions and available product assortment
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS register system while adhering to checkout standards and security protocols
- Build lasting customer relationships and foster repeat business by promoting the Saks credit card and loyalty programs
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, prioritizing trust, integrity, and respect
- Maintain and organize the selling floor and fitting rooms, including resizing fixtures, processing markdowns, and executing signage
- Participate in store programs, promotional events, and seasonal selling initiatives
