Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience through proactive greeting, needs assessment, styling advice and follow-up clienteling to build repeat business.
- Recommend, select and locate merchandise to meet customer needs, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge within the off-price luxury assortment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS register and adhere to checkout standards.
- Drive sales, customer acquisition and loyalty program participation; support promotion and Saks credit card enrollment.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, execute markdowns and signage, process go-backs and ensure merchandise displays meet brand standards.
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies and participate in shortage and theft awareness and reporting programs.
- Support store initiatives, selling events and special projects assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales with a proven sales track record.
- Strong customer-service orientation and demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Commercial drive with competitive, results-focused mindset and entrepreneurial confidence.
- Ability to operate retail equipment (POS register, ticket scanner, radio, sensor remover) and adapt to store systems.
- Availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; candidates should demonstrate measurable sales results and familiarity with fashion merchandising.
