Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs and desires, leveraging thorough product knowledge
- Greet customers warmly and educate them on current promotions and store offerings
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS register system
- Build and foster repeat business through exceptional customer relationships and Saks credit card promotion
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism, aligning to core values of trust, integrity, and respect
- Achieve individual and store goals for sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty program participation
- Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms through resizing fixtures, restocking merchandise, executing markdowns, and updating signage
- Complete markdown processes with urgency and accuracy in accordance with company standards
- Maintain proper merchandise display ensuring compliance with luxury brand standards
- Adhere to asset protection control and compliance procedures and support shortage and theft awareness initiatives
