Saks OFF 5TH seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate in Central Valley, NY — hourly $18.44–$23.04 to manage receiving, replenishment and back‑of‑house operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Expedite receiving and truck check‑in processes, ensuring accuracy and high performance standards for incoming merchandise.
- Distribute merchandise to sales departments according to visual directives and replenish product on the selling floor as required.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting room presentation—execute go‑backs, markdowns, fixture resizing, and signage in line with company standards.
- Prepare and process merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendor (RTV) transactions with urgency.
- Ensure back‑of‑house areas are clean, organized and inventory duties are completed timely; assist sales floor when needed.
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures to safeguard inventory and customer assets.
- Complete assigned tasks and ad hoc projects from store leadership to support operational objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience performing warehouse/stockroom duties within a retail, customer service or sales environment.
- Proven time management abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Practical knowledge of fashion assortments and an enthusiasm for luxury/off‑price apparel.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
