Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and service by supporting selling processes and directing the team to achieve sales goals and company initiatives.
- Oversee back‑of‑house operations including Door‑to‑Floor processes, price changes, inventory receiving and cashiering support.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure daily operational functions are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide feedback to store management on associate performance and operational concerns; support training on processes, standards and product knowledge.
- Maintain and oversee operational store reporting to monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience in a store environment.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster a teamwork‑centred culture.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
