Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and profitability by supporting selling and service processes and ensuring execution of company initiatives.
- Oversee back-of-house operations including Door-to-Floor workflows, price changes, inventory flow and cashiering support.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure daily operational standards are maintained.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to store management on associate performance and operational concerns.
- Support training of associates on operational processes, merchandising standards, task execution and product knowledge.
- Maintain and review operational store reporting to identify opportunities and ensure accuracy of store metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency using inventory management systems and POS cash register.
- Demonstrated time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Experience
Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience is required, including hands-on exposure to store opening/closing procedures, back-of-house operational workflows and associate coaching.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
