Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee back-of-house operations including Door-to-Floor processes, price changes and cashiering support to optimise store productivity and profitability.
- Support selling and customer service processes by directing store teams to achieve sales targets and execute corporate initiatives.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure daily operational tasks are completed to company standards.
- Provide timely performance feedback to store management regarding associate performance, attendance and conduct.
- Train and coach associates on operational processes, merchandising standards, task execution and product knowledge.
- Maintain and review operational reporting and collaborate with management to address variances and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate execution of inventory workflows and POS transactions, and escalate operational issues as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to work with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) registers.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong time-management skills, resilience under pressure, and demonstrated leadership in a team environment.

Experience
Prior experience in retail merchandising and supervisory or lead roles with responsibility for back-of-house operations, inventory control and cashiering support. Experience coaching associates and supporting store-level sales initiatives is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.31 to USD 25.39 per hour.
