Role & Responsibilities

• Expedite truck check‑in and receiving to maintain high performance standards and accurate merchandise processing.
• Deliver and replenish merchandise to departments according to visual directives and floor directives.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms — including go‑backs, fixture resizing, markdowns, signing, and window dressing in line with company standards.
• Ensure merchandise displays comply with brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
• Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends and Return To Vendor (RTV) processes with urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and timely completion of back‑of‑house duties.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and assist on the sales floor when required.
• Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks and special projects from store leadership efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience executing warehouse, stockroom or receiving duties within a retail, customer service or sales environment.
• Proven time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting workloads.
• Working knowledge of the fashion retail environment and passion for apparel and accessories.
• Ability to operate radios, POS register, ticket scanners, sensor removers and inventory management systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Entry‑level retail operations experience preferred; prior experience in receiving, stockroom operations, or back‑of‑house retail support is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.44 to USD 23.04 per hour.
