Saks OFF 5TH in Miami seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage receiving, merchandising and stockroom operations. $16.03–$20.03/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Expedite receiving and process incoming trucks to maintain high truck check‑in performance standards
- Deliver merchandise to departments per visual directives and replenish product to ensure stock availability
- Execute and maintain store displays, fixtures, windows and signage to comply with brand visual standards
- Perform back‑of‑house duties including go‑backs, markdowns, re‑sizing fixtures and stockroom organization
- Manage merchandise transfers, customer sends and Return To Vendor activity with urgency
- Support the selling floor as needed and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures and complete special projects assigned by store leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience performing warehouse/stockroom duties in a retail, customer service or sales environment
- Proven time management and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and enthusiasm for brand presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Experience
Recent retail operations or warehouse experience is required; hands‑on experience with visual merchandising, receiving and stockroom workflows is preferred. No specific years of service are mandated, but demonstrated competence in retail back‑of‑house tasks is expected.
